Tank, tankless, propane or electric
Most foothills homes run a 40- or 50-gallon tank on propane or electric, and we keep the common sizes on hand. If you're weighing a switch to tankless, we'll give you the honest math for your household — sometimes it pencils out, sometimes it doesn't, and we'll tell you which. Every install includes new supply lines, a proper drain pan and seismic strapping to California code, and expansion-tank work where your system needs it.
Repairs that make sense — and honesty when they don't
Pilot won't stay lit, breaker trips, water smells odd, tank rumbles like a kettle — plenty of water heater problems are a part, not a replacement. Thermocouples, heating elements, gas valves, anode rods: if a repair buys your tank real years, we'll do the repair. If the tank is rusting out at year twelve, we'll say so and quote the replacement on the spot.
Well pumps and pressure tanks too
A huge share of the foothills is on private wells. We service well pumps, pressure tanks and controls alongside the water heater work — one call covers the whole water system, from the wellhead to the hot tap.
