What counts as an emergency
Burst or frozen pipes, a water heater dumping its tank, sewage backing into the house, a main shut-off that won't close, no water from a well system — if it's actively damaging your home or you're without water, call us now rather than filling out a form. Shut off the main if you can find it; if you can't, we'll walk you through it on the phone while the truck rolls.
Freeze country is our home turf
Every winter, hard freezes split pipes from Pine Grove and Pioneer up to Kirkwood and Pollock Pines. We've spent 25 years thawing, repairing and re-insulating foothills plumbing — and we'll tell you what to wrap before next winter so we're not meeting like this again.
Honest triage, not panic pricing
Emergency work is priced like work, not like a hostage negotiation. We stop the damage first, then give you a clear plan — what must happen tonight, what can wait for daylight, and what it costs before we do it.
